What marijuana/cannabis businesses can you start in New Jersey?
Under the regulations, enacted as of January 18, 2010, New Jersey opened its doors for medical marijuana businesses - dispensary, cultivation, delivery, infused products, etc. However, applications for would-be entrepreneurs were closed on March 2011. Currently, the state has not indicated when they will accept new applications for their medical or recreational/adult-use programs. Until the state releases more information, there's only a few things you can do. See the next sections for details.
