The state has provisions for companies who are authorized to cultivate, manufacture, and/or dispense medicinal marijuana and related paraphernalia to registered qualifying patients.
In June 2019, the Department of Health announced they would accept new applications starting July 15 until August 21 for Dispensaries, while Cultivation and Vertically Integrated Applications are due August 22.
The Department will allow up to 5 cultivation new cultivation licenses, up to 15 dispensaries and up to 4 vertically integrated permits. Vertically integrated permits include 1 cultivation, 1 manufacturing, and 1 dispensary business under the same license.
